Apartments
Our three charming, very bright apartments share fabulous views towards the mountains and overlooking the Guanajuato city center. Each apartment has its own private entrance and offers a very similar floorplan with one bedroom, a living room, kitchen/dining room, and very small, but functional bathroom. The apartments are tastefully decorated with Mexican folk art and local hand painted ceramics. Each unit offers its own very cute west-facing balcony that is the perfect spot to enjoy glass of wine and watch spectacular sunsets over the colonial city center. The bedroom has a double bed and the living room futon also opens up to double. Apartments are 60 square meters, have a fully equipped kitchen, and offer lots of closet space, wireless internet, shared laundry facilities, and secure easy access off-street parking. The apartments are so comfortable that many guests come and ask to stay longer than planned!
THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Casa and Apartments Vino y Sol are located in a safe residential neighborhood on the Panoramic Road (Carretera Panoramica) at the intersection of Calle Temezcuitate. Our neighborhood is exceptional because although everything central is only seven to ten minute walk downhill, it is perched high enough to avoid the noise, density, and commotion of downtown. Small alleyways (callejones) provide quick access to the Jardin de la Union, Plaza Baratillo, Teatro Principal, Embajadoras market, the Pastita neighborhood,Plaza de la Paz, the University of Guanajuato, language schools as well as a host of restaurants and bars. Our location is safe, quiet, yet very, very convenient!
